Annie Blampied-Radojćin
Course Leader & Founder

Annie is an ordained ‘One Spirit’ Interfaith Minister, funeral celebrant and spiritual counsellor. She began chaplaincy work as a volunteer in the ICU for premature babies in the Brighton and Sussex University hospital and later volunteered regularly in a nursing home, before working as a chaplain at Hospice in the Weald. She also volunteered at St Catherine’s Hospice. Annie trained with Felicity Warner in Soul Midwifery, and is a graduate of Authentic Presence, contemplative end-of-life care training inspired by Tibetan Buddhism. As a long-term student of the work of Rudolf Steiner, with over 20 year’s working in Anthroposophical Education, Annie recognises the need to explore the continuity of consciousness beyond the gates of death, and the possibility of giving and receiving support and love, to and from those across the Threshold.

Juanna Ladaga
Assistant Teacher

Juanna is an ordained ‘One Spirit’ Interfaith Minister and Steiner/Waldorf Class Teacher having trained at Emerson College. She has been a tutor on the One Spirit Ministry training and now lives in the north east of Scotland close to the Findhorn Eco-Village Community where she works as a funeral celebrant and green burial funeral co-ordinator. Juanna sings with the local Threshold Choir, holds death cafes and supports people at the end of life in various capacities. Juanna completed the Quietude® training in January 2025.

Naamah Pinkerfeld: Singing
Naamah has been singing with our students and leading the Singing Forest Choir at Emerson College since 2008. She has led the Heart of the City Community Choir in London since 2010. She has taught singing to many groups and led choirs in inspiring venues including St Paul’s Cathedral, the British Museum, London Zoo, Chartres Cathedral in France, and in the Ashdown Forest!

Fiona Sim: ‘M’ Technique® and Pain Management
After working with children with Special Needs she worked at Park Attwood Clinic as an Anthroposphic Nurse, where her roles included caring for in-patients and out-patients, nursing management and nursing education. She currently works as a Registered Nurse in palliative care in a hospice in-patient unit, sees clients privately for Rhythmical Einreibung and ‘M’ Technique® treatments and delivers workshops and courses. She is author of a children’s book A Home for Constance. Fiona has a particular interest in the therapeutic benefits of gentle touch, its capacity to enhance communication with those who are unwell or dying and in sharing this potential with others.

Diana Fischer: Eurythmy
Diana studied Philosophy and Linguistics at the Sorbonne in Paris. Her lifelong interest in language and movement then led to an eurythmy training in Dornach, Switzerland under Elena Zuccoli. She spent three years doing post-graduate artistic eurythmy with Dorothea Mier in Spring Valley, New York. Diana has very many years of experience teaching children and adults and is at present working as a freelance teacher, performer, and movement therapist in the UK.

Vivian Gladwell: Clowning
Vivian is the founder and director of Nose to Nose and has given hundreds of workshops around the world. He started clowning in 1978 and has researched the applications of clowning in the context of teacher training, medicine, conflict management, ecology and intercultural work. He holds clowning as a social playground for exploring our humanity.

Lu Orza: Storytelling
Lu is a storyteller, writer, workshop facilitator and Quietude® practitioner based in Bridport, West Dorset. Lu’s storytelling centres on making connection, finding voice, and building community. As a Quietude® practitioner (graduate of the 2022-23 cohort), Lu is particularly interested in working with folktales from around the world to open a playful and reflective space to explore cultural constructs – as well as our own beliefs and ideas – around death and dying, and what these mean for how we live.

Sophia Smith: Soul Midwifery
Sophia is a trained spiritual healer, birth doula, and a reflexologist specialising in the field of fertility and pregnancy support. Originally following a scientific path, as a geologist, she turned to holistic therapies over thirty years ago. Together with craniosacral practitioner, Elissa Dell, she has pioneered seminars exploring the journey of incoming souls in the interweaving of spirit, soul and body that unfolds during early embryological development as well as the threshold of birth. “Before Conception Experiences” shed light on consciousness beyond death, resonating with “Near Death Experiences”. She is also a Quietude® Practitioner.
